The three classes that I was teaching were keeping me fairly busy, but they were enjoyable. In one respect the students were too much like me--they tend to put things off.
We began planning for our Christmas party in the middle of November and realized that the invitation list was somewhere on one of the back-up CDs that I had made before reinstalling windows 98se on the computer. Needless to say, I was unable to find it. So L.K. had to address the invitations by hand. I was able to print out the cards. We had good weather to decorate the yard and outside of the house.
The party was a success--L.K. had done a great job of decorating and I had cooked our favorite party items. I did run out of time and skipped baking the pecan tassies.
